I took a look at the first 3 quarterly USM newsletters this morning, and we’re making slow and steady progress in the USA. When people see how they can simplify service management for the entire enterprise with 5 processes and 8 workflows, we raise more than a few eyebrows.

But since the USM method is supported by the non-profit SURVUZ Foundation, don’t expect any ‘big bang’ or spectacular go-to-market launches…we’re literally moving the service management mountain one rock at a time.
