This is an ‘archive’ of quarterly newsletters and continues to chronicle an ongoing and savage journey to service management excellence which began in the book, Rolling Uphill. There will only be 12 editions of the quarterly newsletter (God willing), after which my savage journey will end. My hope is that I will have helped you with the long, uphill push that we call continual improvement.
