Unified Service Agreements: Sweet

It’s not been easy evangelizing the USM method here in the US; almost all USM Professionals are in Europe. So, I’m in need of a Mindful Monday (Tuesday).

These walks often lead me to Sweet Vinyl, the final resting place for my album collection. I’ve been wrestling with Unifying Enterprise Service Agreements, which today is an incredibly diverse, ugly mess. No shortage of ‘best practice’ here…hundreds of templates as different as the services they represent. Stay tuned for a webinar and/or video soon.

Sometimes I have to be reminded that at the end of the day, those that really care about service agreements are not the same as those that care about ME. These are two very different constituents and knowing that actually helps me take a fresh, less burdened, look at this exercise.

It was nice to take a walk, have a cup of tea, and remember some really good times.

Now, back to the savage journey to service management excellence.
