This month's web cast was really a book review of Taming Change with Portfolio Management. My thanks go to Terry Doerscher for providing me with an advanced copy. While the scope of Taming Change is well beyond those interested in adopting IT service management, the concepts apply extremely well to that environment. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to understand how portfolio management can and should be integrated into an overall program for effective IT/Business governance.
